Coach Travel

My child travels by independent coach and I pay £600 per year up front in September 2019. Due to school closure for coronavirus my daughter has not travelled on the coach since 20 March and will not travel again due to school not reopening until the new term September. I have received a letter from the coach company advising there will be no refund. Is there anything I can do as I have only received part of a service. Thanks. S_J_M

If you go down the small claims route, what alternative travel options do you have for getting your daughter to school?2

I'd imagine there's clause relating to refunds in the paperwork you signed upon purchase. What does it say?0

Is this coach arranged by the school? Who did you pay, the school or the coach company?0
