Microsoft problem? Missing digital games

Hi All
I tried to play one of my games that I bought on the xbox one last night and it was saying that I needed to buy this game. This was strange due to the fact that I had bought it. It was too late to call microsoft so I looked on my microsoft account and the game has disappeared from my list. The only proof that I have is the payment on my bank account that went through. What would my next steps be due to the fact that a chargeback has the 120 day limit and its past that.
Many thanks in advance

Ask Microsoft is your first step .

Are you sure you are logging in with the right Microsoft account? I maintain two so games in one don't show in the other.0

Right been on at them about this they have admitted to a error that they say has meant that a payment couldn't be taken for the games. I spoke with the bank and they have confirmed the payment went through fine. Now I have had to send microsoft proof that the payment went through which it did. Now it's a waiting game but when this is all done I will never buy digital from microsoft again.0

So they've made a mistake, they're going to correct it yet you're still going to cut your nose off to spite your face because you have to put a tiny amount of effort in to correct an annoying mistake. Seems proportionate.Warpedmedic said:Right been on at them about this they have admitted to a error that they say has meant that a payment couldn't be taken for the games.
