holidays and redeployment

Good evening i hope someone can give me some advice,my wife works as a dental nurse when lock down started she was told by her employer that if she signed up for redeployment within the NHS she would continue to be paid 100% of her wage.
So she signed the paperwork and waited to see what happened, in the meantime she went to work 2 days per week to reschedule appointments and triage patients to her practice dentists or pass them to the udc hub,all was fine until last week when her boss decided that because she and her colleagues had only been working 2 days a week they had now forfeited any holidays they had left does this sound right
Thanks Mark
