Flight Cancelation Options

We have booked a 3 week holiday this summer to Cyprus, Israel and Jordan. This was booked long before Covid-19 began. We have return flights to Larnaca with BA, flight from Larnaca to Tel Aviv with Aegean and a Ryanair flight from Tel Aviv to Pafos with RyanAir. All have been booked separately (along with hotels - some of which are non-refundable).
Our flight with Aegean has been cancelled. Does this mean that we can claim through our insurance and cancel/ refund the whole holiday? I am not sure if it flight cancellation only applies to the flights to/from the UK.
We obviously want to go but we recognise that it is increasingly likely that it will not be possible.
