Grant of Probate document possibly wrong? £0 value of estate?

Hi all,
I have finally received a Grant of probate today which was a big relief! However on the bottom the grant of probate it states:
"The application has stated that the gross value of the estate in England and Wales amounts to £0 and the net value amounts to £0"
This has confused me as the value of the estate was more than £0? Has there been a mistake somewhere?
My accountant completed a IHT400 for me as my late mum had her property in a Trust. My mum had some money in the bank and several other assets / savings. These were all listed on the IHT400 which I checked and signed. There was no inheritance tax to pay as it was way under the limit - it was however over £5000+ though. All the assets have already been passed onto my father as per the will (they were married). So we don't really need the grant of probate document for anything, but I just want to make sure that is isn't a problem.
Thanks
