Oh, okay then, Cattie was right. They're a bit upset about the price and trying to extract an extra £1-2k out of you.
In the scheme of things, that's not a lot, so I'd go along with them unless the prices are totally unreasonable. A loft ladder is probably £75 to buy and £75 to fit, so if they want £150 that's not utterly outrageous. If you say no to all their petty demands, they may decide to remarket the house, now that lockdown has ended, and I imagine that you don't want that.

To update:
Spoke to estate agent, the pics and house description are just an advertisement and it's for parties to confirm contents, fixtures and fittings then agree price.
EA mentioned there is a clause/T&C at the bottom of each page, stating that their adverts may not be 100% accurate or reflect the actual house for sale.
Our solicitor mentioned to seller's sols, if things are removed then there should be no damage - and now they leaving the integrated fridge and CCTV but still taking the electrical fire.0
