MOT - Help!

Hi All,
I'm looking to purchase a Ford Transit Minibus to convert into a camper van. The van I've identified seems to be good value at £3k - 130,000 miles - 15 years old.
However, i have identified a number of advisories on the MOT (Oct 2019). Can anyone give a very rough cost at getting the below issues dealt with? Are any of the issues major problems which i should avoid? Any help would be very useful!
- Play in steering rack inner joint
-Oil leak, but not excessive
-Brake pipe corroded
-Front brake disk worn but not seriously weakened
-Integral body structure is corroded but structural rigidity is not significantly reduced.
-Power steering pipe slightly corroded
-Nearside and Offside rear chassis legs starting to corrode
-prop shaft flexibility coupling slightly deteriorated

15yo Transit in "rotten" shock. Hold the front page.
Seriously, don't use this van as a base...
The steering rack, oil leak, brake pipe, brake disk, power steering pipe, propshaft - they're all minor mechanicals. But you've got two "It's rotting" on there.2 -
Agreed. You're going to spend a lot of time money and effort in converting it. You want something that will last many years.

You will need to find someone with an account at Copart. Not much wrong with that from the pictures. But remember this is a salvage auction and you pays your money and takes a chance. Should get that for £2k-£3k.
Mileage is a lot higher than it says on speedo (perhaps a correction)0 -

And that's before you look at it properly.
If that plate is accurate, then 156k in Sept 2018.0
