Teletext holidays refund

Afternoon all,
I have had my holiday to Tenerife on the 9th June cancelled by Teletext holidays. My flight out was with Easyjet, we were staying at The Best Hotel Tenerife and our return flight was with Norwegian Airlines. As this is booked through a travel agent does this still qualify as a package holiday?
I have spoken to the customer service team at Teletext Holidays today via messenger and have been informed that I will be issued a credit note which is valid until September 31st. I will only get a cash refund if I do not use the credit note before the expiry date. I do not want to wait until then to receive my refund!
Is there anything I can do to get my refund any quicker? I have read on here that they have to issue a full refund with in 2 weeks.
The holiday was paid in installments with Barclaycard.

Raise a "Chargeback" against the transactions stating non-supply of service, (using proof of cancellation) also state that you have rejected any vouchers that you are entitled to do under English law
Normally with a Chargeback the money is returned once it’s processedTeletext can dispute the Chargeback, but it must supply evidence to the card company.
If Teletext is successful, then the Chargeback is reversed and the money taken back from your account
You will have to raise a Chargeback against each and every transaction of your holiday with Barclaycard
Teletext are being a nightmare, one of the worst holiday companies to deal with, Barclaycard is being one of the worst dealing with a Chargeback, so doubt any method will be quick.

Is it the case that we are legally entitled to a full refund with in 14 days? Or does the credit note satisfy this requirement?0 -
You are entitled to a cash refund in 14 days, the holiday companies tried to get the Government to change the rules, but the Gov refused.
