Well done Mizmir!! I had gone to bed at that time and left OH to the bingo, but we didn't win anything further.

Have a good day everyone! After last nights humungous shop in Asda, I need to plan menus for the next few weeks I think in order that I can get away with not spending anything much until I get paid from the new job.

I also need to do banking and set up new spreadsheets/budgets in draft to take into account the new income, but also the other changes such as no bar/no student income over summer etc.

Morning Hypno - carpets are loverly - they are in the ahll, stairs and landing. Its the first time we have ever had new carpets and we've been married 23 years!!!. Sore throat and earache is nearly gone thank goodness - I can;t aford to keep missing swimming teaching as I only get paid for the hours I do turn up and teach.

Anyway have to rouse DD for school and get to work. have a good day.

Morning all. Off to work shortly - it's really doing my head in at the moment - literally getting an email a minute and most needing me to do something! Am effectively working for two departments at the moment - should be half time on both but both end up being nearer to 80% - not ideal! Still salary is good so will have to put up with it until I am debt free - after that quality of life not money will be my priority!

Oops - sorry rather heavy for 8.10 on a Tuesday morning! Hope everyone has a great day.

fair point - just feeling a bit stressed by it all right now. But have a holiday next week so just need to keep going till then. Am sure it will all seem better after a week off!
