Goodness, I really hope you can get the credit file sorted out - could you get a letter from Egg confirming that you are not on a DMP?

Homers, not really - we have to be really careful with compliance etc.

Snaggles, there will be merry hell to pay if Egg cause me a problem as far as my job is concerned - it is one of the reasons I never went on a DMP etc, because I wanted to keep my career options open.

Thats a shocker about Egg - but the people you'll be going to hopefully know about idiotic mistakes like that??? Please, please, please they do. I couldn't bear it if you got that kind of setback.....

Hypno, about the skis - it sounds like a dumb question, but.... why are skis old? Do they outgrow them? They can't be unsafe, cos they sound like they get passed on all the time between the kids. Is it types of skiing? There's no possible virtue in my knowing, I'm just nosy..... :rotfl:

If a false record on your credit report causes you financial loss - Egg will be liable. And that won't be a cheap liable either.
