Just caught up on weekends posting - everyones be soooooo busy and I can;t believe how much your totals have changed Hypno. Its a shame that the new signature changes all your posts, not just the ones from that point onwards though.

Anyway - its very foggy here as well but we have a NPD today so I don;t have to go out till teaching tonight.

Hope you had a safe journey through the lanes.

Helloooo! When its this cold, I'm very grateful that I work from home. And btw, I agree with surfbabe - I'd like to see historical signatures kept forever. Understand why they can't be, but all the same, I'm picky! :rotfl:

    Morning Hypno, Morning All!

Hypno the drop in your numbers is just amazing! It might be living vicariously, but I'm sure it's just not me who gets a thrill every time those numbers fall!

...and KarmaCat you are soooo right, this working at home thing has it's [strike]advantages[/strike] [strike]pitfalls[/strike] [strike]advantages[/strike] [strike]pitfalls[/strike] [strike]advantages[/strike] [strike]pitfalls[/strike]...temptations in the form of a duvet which blocks out the alarm clock when pulled firmly up to keep the cold out!;)

    Morning all
I'm definitely a convert to this working from home lark. Although I've always just dabbled and set my own work times before. Not good for me as the queen of procrastination but this job has set hours-typically in the week 4 til 7 or 8-bit longer at weekends. Gives me the structure of a proper job but no travelling, work clothes lunches all the things that eat into wages and if overtime comes up-it's no bother to just sign myself in-do the time then sign out again and back to whatever "real" stuff I was doing in seconds.
Those figures are brilliant Hypno. I did OK on the bingo too-just over £100 profit in the end. I don't have a mathamatical brain so still thinking MB isn't for me-the more I read the less I understand but maybe that'll change.
Packed DS off to school today even tho it's half term for some GCSE workshops so will have to splash out on cinema or something on one of his free days to try and make it up to him as essentially he only gets two days off and I'm making him catch up with course work on those. Was going bowling but I've got a shooting pain between my shoulder blades that started yesterday so I'm hoping it's just a pulled muscle. I'm never ill so am a lousy patient ;)
First load of washing is on so when that's done I'm off out to shuffle money around and buy something nice but cheap for dinner as we have company. Aldi's job I think.

Evening! Got home a little while ago after another long day........so very tired and ready for my bed already!

Duchy, I hope your shoulder gets better soon.

I drove to work in fog this morning, and home again in fog this evening.........never had that problem when I was working from home.....(but then I never got paid that much, so can't complain!)

Hope you are all having a good evening xx

Really? When it's cold I wish I had a nice warm office to go to! I am too [STRIKE]mean[/STRIKE] money-saving to put any heating on when it's just me in the house and I FREEZE. Typing in gloves is not easy!
