    Regarding Lidl,
I can really recommend the premium steak pie £1.46 and the premium chicken pie £1.46 both in the freezer cabinet..they are family size...their premium sausages on offer at the moment £1 pack of 6...chiller cabinet usually £1.85..better than tescos finest. There fruit and veg is really good quality and best of all they do a large bar of fruit and nut chocolate for 52p

Well, if I feel the same amount of relief at the end of every month, then it will have been a decision well made!

I popped into Lidl to do the weekly shop on my way home, I am sure I will be able to reduce my monthly shopping bills by going there - some of the stuff in there is amazing!! OK, so there is not so much choice as in Tesco, but there is enough, and their fruit and veg is amazingly cheap too!

The children will be home later tonight..........very much looking forward to that.

I hope you have had a good day xx

Blimey, feels like just two minutes since they were going and you had the whole passport saga. I presume OH's passport was kept very safely in the meantime?

Taxi, I got the lidl sausages last time I went - they were very good. I will get the pies next week when I go. I have to confess to buying several bars of chocolate.......well, it would be a shame not to

PP, yes, please pm me the details of the free bets - I could do with those for my Feb £10 a day challenge :D Thank you x

Choco, I have just had a call from DS - they are this side of the channel tunnel :D Should be home in a couple of hours or so :D:D:D

    Evening Hypno and readers.

I bet you can't wait to see your children again :D

I am a new convert to Lidl, before my LBM I wouldn't be seen in there :o

Only problem is I have a small addiction to their disco biscuits :o

They are due home in about an hour.......I think I will go and put a hot water bottle in their beds to make them cosy.

Might do myself one while I am there.......a bit chilly round here!

I'll be here until they get home (apart from doing the hot water bottles!) - the laptop is keeping my legs warm :o

These were both posted on the gambling board, so no secret! Will post them here rather than just PMing you in case anyone else can use them as well.

partybets . com giving free £100 bet (instead of the advertised £25) if you enter the promo code PBETS57. Stake returned, but the usual play-through difficulties if you win. Partner friendly (or it was for us - we did it twice last week!)

Another £100 freebie with William Hill - OH had done them before (for a measly tenner!), but I was able to open an account with a different bank account. Enter the code RP1 on the sign-up form or you'll get their standard bonus as well.

Also, gamebookers have a deal on their website with £50 free, and 3 x £50s potentially to follow but you have to sign up on a weekend, or it's £25!

These all worked for me no problem in the last week - sorry if any of the offers have ended in the meantime, hopefully not though!

    Good luck!

Taxi, is the Lidl steak pie just steak, and not steak & kidney/steak & onion? I love steak pie, but always struggle to find a decent one that doesn't have a load of bits in it I don't like! (and I'm too lazy/useless in the kitchen to make my own!). I'd have a new staple food if Lidl were selling them!
