Sending cash overseas

Not sure if this is the right forum but was wondering if anyone can help me.
I have some cash Euros which I need to send to somebody in Belgium fairly urgently. I've had a look at Western Union but they only seem to accept GBP and Moneygram doesn't seem to accept cash.  I've had a look at the Royal Mail website but couldn't find anything and of course all Forex places are closed at the moment.
Has anyone got any ideas how I can do this?
Thanks

    Post them.

Pay into your bank account, or swap to pounds to pay in and do a bank transfer.

Convert them into pounds and send them via Western Union.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Transferwise is relatively cheap and quite easy to use. Convert the amount of Euros you need to send from GBP within your account and then send using bank details of the payee.
  • Just use Bitcoin.

I believe the OP is trying to avoid exchanging Euros into GBP first. How would your suggestions deal with cash?

Posting them seems like the obvious answer. How much money are we talking about?

Or do you have any friends or family in a country that uses the Euro (e.g. Ireland) who could do a Euro bank transfer for you then you reimburse them later?

Exactly, we're trying to avoid converting to GBP.
Have decided to go the posting route, and use International Tracked & Signed.
    Thanks for the input.
