Meeting Family

I know this isn’t money related but I just wondered if anyone knew if a baby would be classed a one of the six members of a family that you can meet from Monday have two sons and wives and I had a six month old baby. Can’t seem to find anything anywhere. Thanks in advance

I don't know, but i also wondered if a teenager that never seems to leave their room... especially when the "adults" get together....counts too.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 3.24% of current retirement "pot" (as at end December 2025)

I wouldn't worry about, nobody is going to be that bothered tbh, you wont be getting fined for having a baby with you. The most important bit is where you're meeting, it has to be outside only.

Get a job working for Boris then you can do what you want.

I seriously doubt anybody will care that you have a baby with you, assuming you are not playing pass the baby.

I wouldn't worry. They're not going to be knocking on peoples doors to ask how many family members they've had in their garden..

Why the constant digs about Cummings? This is a money forum not a politics one.

"So from Monday we will allow up to six people to meet outside - provided those from different households continue strictly to observe social distancing rules by staying two metres apart."

Is a baby not a person?

1 extra person surely isn't going to make any difference. I highly doubt they will come knocking at every single house in England...

I'm sure that whether a child counts has been asked at one of the briefings and was told that they do count.
