What are you going to be using the PC for mainly? E.g. it's not going to be very good for the latest/graphically-demanding games.

I have an nvidia 8600gts 512mb, and it's pretty good, I have an overclocked quad core running at 3.2ghz but I think that these newer graphics cards use most of their own processing power, I use Vista Ultimate 64bit and it's been fairly problem free, just the odd driver update here and there as they became available, I would never go back to XP, my tv tuner gets digital or analogue, never both, but that could just be windows media center playing hard to get, people tend to say mobo sound is rubbish, but I have 5.1 set up on mine and it sounds fine, in fact better than my once very expensive creative audigy card which was the bees knees when it came out and is now obsolete, with a the blu ray kit it sounds like a fair price, it's not top of the line, but it should last a couple of years at least.
