I am still finding that Firefox often goes into a loop that hogs processor time and if then killed, leaves a process called firefox.exe behind that has to be killed via Windows Task Manager (processes tab). This happens on completely different computers where I installed FF. Does not stop me using FF but I wonder why (of course have installed latest updates).

Re the above post, I've experienced the same issue although not just lately for some reason. I've just updated to .11 and so far it appears to be working fine. (That's just cursed it hasn't it !).

Yeah, I've experienced the same problem also. And, according to the above poster, doesn't seem as this version has cured the problem. At first I thought it might me due to the number of 'tabs' I have open; but I often have just a bare minimum (two/three) open:confused:. Still a great browser (compared to IE:mad:) but would be nice if they solved this problem.

Had no problem with Firefox since I started using when it first was released.
No problem with the 2.0.0.11 update yesterday either. Find it much faster that IE, much more secure (especially with NoScript), and more stable, I only use IE for testing sites for compatibility and in an emergency :)

Have the British English Dictionary working fine too, try installing from:

Never experienced that problem using Firefox here. I downloaded the English (British) dictionary from here.

You may need to give permission to addons.mozilla.org in your firewall.
