parked displaying an expired/discounted ticket

A parking charge notice was given for £100, an appeal to the UKPC was rejected and POPLA appeal too, now UKPC is demanding full payment otherwise I will be facing recovery agents and eventually court proceedings.
what should I do?
How a permit can expire if it doesn’t have a expire date on it, i’m renting the flat and the two permits were given by my landlord when I moved in, one looks older than the other otherwise same information on them.
What are my options ?

What does your lease/AST say about parking? Does it mention the need to display a permit? then it may take primacy over the self serving TnC of the scammer, and interfere with your lawful right to “quiet enjoyment” of your property, possible an offence under The Landlord and Ten Acts.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the enacted
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

thank youth for the comment, my lease don’t say anything about the parking. the deadline to pay the £100 fine is in 2 days so I hope to have a better idea of what to do.0

thank youth for the comment,D P Dance doesn't fit that description - he's 80 in a few weeks time! 🤣the deadline to pay the £100 fine is in 2 days so I hope to have a better idea of what to do.Why are you jumping to their deadline? You just need to see what their next move is. There is nothing further to do at this stage if you don't want to pay them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
