Hi all...quick question
I am changing my sink. Don't want to over complicate so buying same measurement. Question- can I swap the sink around so the drainer is on the opposite side? Or would that cause complications?
Thanks!

the waste would be in the wrong placeI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
Not too difficult to alter the waste pipe.Whether you can swap sink and drainer will depend on what is below them.0

Is there a tap hole in the new sink? If so turning it around will mean the hole is at the front instead of the back.0

There is normally a hole for the tap on both edges of a sink. The unused on simply gets covered with a blanking plate. Those holes will probably not match with the current pipe positions once the sink is effectively turned 180 degrees. Not difficult to reroute the pipes.
