Tonik energy dire

Joined this supplier as it featured in ML energy switch. Like others I only got electric but they fixed it and now I only get gas.
There customer service is awful. The call centre appears to be based on South Africa. I struggle with accents. I am going to take my energy elsewhere and pay penalty to leave as customer service so bad.
Please think before applying to join Tonik. I was a previous customer and had no problems 2 years ago.
They say the right words but don't help, never return promised calls. Worst supplier I have ever dealt with.

I agree. Avoid them now. They were very good but now awful. They still owe me money after 3 months of leaving them.0

I signed up to switch to Tonik on 8 April. Electricity switched but gas 'unsuccessful' - their term. I am promised to get gas switched by end of June - that's 81 days. Customer service poor/absent. I did use Tonik 2 years ago and they were fine then but would not recommend now.0
