Help with online printing please.

Hi,
I'm trying to print a proof of payment online but when I printed it, not everything shown.  For example, instead of showing Total paid GBP 23.50, it just show Total paid without the amount.  I'm using HP Envy 5000 series and Microsoft edge.  As far as I know I'm up to date with everything.  Unfortunately, it's a one off payment that doesn't require me to register so I don't receive anything through my email.

Please advise.

Many thanks.

San

Without knowing why you paid the money and what service you used, I doubt anyone can help!

Try to print it by saving it as PDF, then print the PDF.

There's no option to save it as pdf on my printer but I've took a screen shot and print it.  Thanks.

If you are printing something off the web, in Chrome you can select 'Save as PDF' instead of your printer.
