Santander bounce back loan

Has anyone with just a personal account been successful obtaining a bounce back loan through Santander ? If so how long did it take from signing agreement to receiving funds ? TIA

I applied using a personal bank account. Took 2 weeks for them to decline my application. I appealed the decision on Tuesday, had the decision overturned and received my approval documents yesterday. These were signed and returned. I have no money yet.
looking at other posts, some signed and returned their documents 3 weeks ago and are still awaiting funds.
not a quick process I’m afraid.
