Short CreditCard Validity?

Hello all,

Hoping you can help as i'm a bit confused.

I reported my two Tesco creditcards as lost last month and they have re-issued them,

one with 1 year validity and the other with only three months?

Why so short expiry dates? Will they send me a new card after?

Thanks

Replacement for lost / damaged cards will usually align with the old expiry dates, they are simply replacing the existing card.  When the time comes they will review your account and issue a new card.
