Looking at threads I made...so a little update.
CCJ dropped off and managed to remortgage at a rate of 1.15 and borrowed extra for daughter to go to uni....so looks like I’ll be paying mortgage for a few more years yet, but hopefully it will be worth it when daughter finishes uni.

Thought I’d update.
applied for sa8nsburys balance transfer card..( refused outright 10 months ago )
CCJ dropped off and applied about 4 weeks after to barclaycard who where doing 30 months balance transfer....instantly accepted with a 7.5k limit...🖖

instantly balanced transferred capital one card and another and closed them down.
all is rosey at the moment...

and not once have I checked my. ‘ credit score ‘
