Jet2 have emailed saying we don't need to pay balance of our holiday now until 6 weeks before rather than usual 10 weeks.But it also says the original terms and conditions apply.so am I right in saying if we cancelled 6 weeks before,we would need to pay part of the balance of the holiday. whereas if we cancel 10 weeks before we just lose the deposit.does that sound right?

That is correct, it appears when offering this they are doing you a favour but in reality you can be caught out when having to cancel and then realising you would still owe money under the t’s and c’s0
