Ditch a prepayment meter online

Hi all.
I moved into a new house just before lockdown that has Scottish Power prepayment meters installed and am desperate to switch to regular meters.
SP don't want to talk to their customers during this ridiculous period, and I'm wondering if anybody knows of any other way to go from prepayment to regular meters in one go, online, when the current supplier won't answer the phone or send engineers into safe situations.
Any advice would be appreciated.
