Argos not responding

Mid April I ordered an item from argos online and paid by argos card. I couldn't get to collect by the set date. The sainsbury's store it was delivered to said it had been sent back to the main store in town (which is obvs closed). I have been charged for the item on my card which I haven't paid off as haven't got the item and I've also accrued interest. Since end of April I have been trying to contact argos in everyway possible and have had no response. The phone lines cut off, the live chat always cuts off too and no one is replying on social media. What can I do🤷♀️
