Santander BBL refusal appealed and had it overturned

I received the email like many others on Friday evening informing me I had been declined for a Santander BBL as my account was not used for business purposes.
i filled in an appeals form on Tuesday and Emailed it to the appeals department.
today I have received acceptance forms to sign saying I have been approved for the BBL.
i do not know whether it was a successful appeals form that worked or Santander were having technical issues on Friday when a lot of people received that same refusal email.
either way I recommend all those that have been declined with Santander, please appeal the decision as see if you can get it overturned.

I signed my agreement over 3 weeks ago, still no payment. Hopefully you wont be in the same position as me in 3 weeks time..

Me too, are you a personal acc or business acc holder ? I just want to know wether I will definitely get the loan of agreement signed. Frustrating

Hi, 
I have 2 personal accounts with santander and was told I could apply for the BBL even though my personal account for business use is with HSBC. 
I wondered if I'm likely to be refused given the fact I don't have a Business account  even though I have supplied all the information they requested to prove my eligibility via tax return for 19/20 (6months) etc
