Love Holidays refund.

In January i spent £1,055 with Love Holidays for a holiday in Spain in April (paid by debit card).Cancelled in March due to Corona virus.Asked them for a refund via web chat but refused just offered a voucher which i refused.Insurance wouldn't entertain a cash refund so asked my bank,Lloyds to do a charge back.After 5 weeks finally got a full  refund today.Well done Lloyds.

Good news. I am also with lloyds and booked with loveholidays. Did Lloyds contact you to say you got the refund or did you just see it in your account? Mine is now 5 weeks from when I claimed but haven't heard anything.

They told me to contact them 31 days after i first asked them,so i did & after about 10 minutes they said it is now in your account which it was.

Do you know if that's the start of when LH can contest the CB?   as 31 days seems too soon.

They have 31 days to reject it for a good reason,since they didn't have one lloyds paid me.

Thanks. I paid by credit card so I think you have to wait 45 days for them to contest it, so got  a week to go and will phone them.

Im still waiting on a refund for  holiday accommodation from 15th May which was booked through Love Holidays, they have refunded the flights (Jet 2) but contacted me on 6/05/2020 (37 days ago) by email which I told them I wanted a cash refund, still no sign of my refund, how long do I need to wait before I can try for a refund through my credit card?

Also does anyone have an email address for Love Holidays just incase there is another one I could use. thanks
