Aqua credit card interest charge

I recently paid my credit card balance in full which was over £1000, my statement date was the 26th April and I paid the full amount on the 6th of May. Today I got a new statement saying I owed 9p interest. Now I know that's not alot but my question is will I get charged this again next month or is it a one off. When I paid my balance in full on the 6th May my minimum payment was due on the 12th May so I paid the full balance before the requested date. Can anyone give me some advice and info as to why I've been charged interest on a £0 balance? Thanks

No the previous month I paid about 20 pound more than the minimum due then the month after I paid in full my thinking now is I should be all paid back because my balance is 0 and I've not used the card since I paid it all off0

Then it sounds like the 9p represents 'trailing' or 'residual' interest. Nothing to worry about...CraigKirky89 said:...the previous month I paid about 20 pound more than the minimum due ...
