How to Clean Marble Mosaic Front Step

Options
We have a nice front step feature with the marble mosaic step (pictured). I’m in the process of painting the steps either side of it and want to clean the marble. I’ve tried pressure washing to absolutely no avail whatsoever. It seems it requires more of a specific clean and specialist cleaner? Can anybody offer any advice?

Thanks in advance

They look more like ceramic tiles to me rather than marble.
If they are indeed marble, do not use any acid based cleaner on them.
