Vanquis Bank - Savings

Morning, I've invested a large amount of money with Vanquis Bank - Savings. April this year, 1 year fixed 1.6%. great rate and protected by FSA. I received an email from Vanquis asking me to login, after several attempts I received an email to ask me to contact customer services. The fun began. After several long phone calls of over an hour listening to very bad music, I emailed CS. after 3rd email I received a reply to confirm I would be called. Week later and 3 more emails to customer services no luck. 
I visited trust pilot to find over 30 reviews with similar stories. All very strange.

    Suggest you put Vanquis in the search box above and you will find other threads along similar lines. It seems they are not coping with the Covid crisis/working from home/too many new customers.

     1 year fixed 1.6%. great rate and protected by FSA. 
    That's all that matters, rest will be resolved in time once covid situation settles, you have 11 months before need to become concerned if can't give instructions for maturity!!
