After purchasing a swimming pool from produce shop and waiting a month for delivery i received my order on Wednesday 13th May 2020. The driver left no paperwork or requested a signature due to social distancing with regards to covid 19 social distancing. I unpacked the items Thursday evening to check the product. Upon completion of the checks, I found that the following items were missing from the sealed boxes in relation to the advertised discription of the product.
‘Designed with special plugs for a fast drainage, this frame pool includes filter pump with sand, ladder, cover and bottom sheet. The installation is fast and simple, extimated in 30 minutes for 2/3 people, following the included instructions on DVD’.
Items missing from description: 1. Bottom sheet. 2. The sand for the filter. 3. The instructions on DVD.
In addition the drain valve cap was also missing.

This is an extract from the email I sent to as many emails as I could linked to the company. I have heard nothing in 2 weeks and now wondering what I can do next to receive the items or money back. There is no contact number to speak to them directly and the company it based in Italy

If you bought from an Italian company then you are probably better to find a forum which deals with Italian consumer rights. But perhaps somebody here will know the answer.0

Did you purchase directly from the company in Italy? Or did you purchase via a UK reseller/marketplace platform and the goods were simply shipped from the manufacturer?0

WHO exactly did you purchase from (post website name) and HOW did you pay?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

You may be right , Holly. But that's a bit of a leap of faith based on what the OP has posted. (I assume you've used the quoted text as a search term to derive the above link, as it's the first result from such a search - but not the only result. The link also results in "The page you are looking for was not found").0
