Morning
nanny Understanding hugs coming your way.
Mum varies from childish rants when in truth she has everything she wants or needs or poor me pity party ....Sorry don't want him but maybe we could send them both to a second home somewhere I'll fire the charabanc up.
Bella hope todays call goes well
Ruby see you both later Spa is open of course look forward to the BQ treats later
Gardener has been today (well lawn mower ) poor love was very down. On top of the big C he is also now worried all the lawns are heading for dusty brown again so nobody will want him round. Must admit everything is looking a bit sad without any rain.
Mum had her Morrisons delivery this morning but they notified me they had left out the bread
Waiting for the rant now but it does seem odd they had no bread at all to substitute with
Took on some more care calls so speaking to people with considerably more problems than mum it does make my tolerance levels to her moans go way down.
Nothing else happening really so Ill wish you all the best and hope you're day is as good as it can be13 -
Morning all. Oh it’s afternoon!
Quick one to say hope all goes well today BellaHope as good a day as possible folks and take care x9 -
Afternoon all. Back again before I head off out with my book for the afternoon. I seem to have ended up a busy bee this morning! DD texted to say she was off to Home B's and B & M's and did I want anything. Not I but Sparkle said a few more packs of Felix chicken wouldn't go amiss to add to her stash. In the sm's its around 65p for a single sachet but in £land, B & M etc its £1 for a 4 sachet pack. Bit of a difference eh? So she is well stocked up again!
I told DD a while ago she was welcome to the BBQ if she wanted it as I won't be using it again just for me. Hers is looking a bit worse for wear! She said she would collect that when she dropped the Felix off. Of course there were mountains of plant pots etc stored underneath it, as well as big stones (why?) and other stuff piled on top! It took forever to sort that lot out in readiness for her collecting it. More clutter in the garage now!
I finally remembered to ask her if there were many people shopping in masks. She said quite a few but it was nowhere near half and half. I made myself a couple using one of the BBC patterns, just in case, but I think I would feel a bit silly in them and prefer a proper one if I needed to ever wear one. BELLA I hope the phone call isn't too hard to deal with. Take care all and enjoy the afternoon xx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"9 -
Sorry to arrive so late. A friend wanted to go to B&Q and offered me a lift. I did want several things, but what with trying to follow the arrows round, negotiating shelf fillers and people chatting and trying to find out where they had hidden things, I came away with a hook for behind the bathroom door and a light fitment for the living room ceiling. It wasn't quite what I wanted, but it's fairly inoffensive. Ever thing else will have to wait until things are a bit more normal, if ever!
So sorry for those with difficult parents, your teeth must be gnashed down to your gums by now. I have a friend with the mother from Hades
. She is 96 and behaves as if she is an old fashioned despot and my friend is her slave. Every time she comes away from her, friend says that she tells the angels that they can collect her as soon as they like, sooner if possible, but it seems that the angels don't want her either.
Is it too late for a THOUGHT FOR TODAY.? Nah! let's go for it
I dig. You dig. We dig. He digs. She digs. They dig.
It's not a beautiful poem, but it's very deep.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Afternoon everyone
Now on days off. Been for a bike ride, just under 5 miles, with hills too. Redruby I bought a gel cover but when i
got home today I ordered some padded cycling shorts online for delivery tomorrow.
ds2 is still working and is getting paid well. Told him how proud I am. He is undertaking counselling by phone and seems to be making a difference to his mood.Dd1 is due at the hospital to have a lung biopsy tomorrow so I will try not to worry and hope they find out what is causing the problems.
I had a scan on my shoulder yesterday, they said that there is wear and tear but can see what the problem is and will send results to my dr.
o/s today - cleaned all downstairs floors. Really need to sort out my wardrobe, as I wear a uniform to work, I wear very little of the other clothes, so think I need to decide what to keep just in case.
