My partner and I recently split and we both have a mobile phone contract . Stupidly a few months back one contract came up for renewal before the other and we ended up with each other contracts . So he has mine and I have his .
Problem is that it’s not an amicable split and he doesn’t want to give me back the number/phone he has as it has ‘stuff’ on it and all his details.
I called o2 to see if they would swap our details over on the numbers but they say they can’t ?
We still have over a year left of the contracts and I now don’t know what to do ? Does anyone have any ideas

The only way is either you both pay each others monthly contracts or both pay off both contracts .
