Eurostar Vouchers

Hi, I was due to go on holiday via Eurostar in April with my 10 year old daughter. It was a trip that was booked because it would be our last trip. I’m disabled and struggle a lot, and since April have gone downhill sufficiently enough to make ever travelling again impossible. Due to the current situation, Eurostar cancelled the trip. I’ve been given vouchers that I have to use before September. I’ve told them of my situation but they are just repeating to me that Eurostar is offering vouchers. It’s like speaking to a recording. Does anybody know if I can do anything about this, or have I lost my money?

What to you mean by "trip"? what did this involve?
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.

If they are refusing any refunds and you used a debit or credit card to buy the tickets, contact the card issuer and ask for a refund as the train did not operate. I am assuming you checked that it didn't and with FCO advice against travel, you wouldn't have been insured anyway0
