They want the only documents you have to prove ownership and £2K plus VAT, I don't think so. In fact, their accounts would suggest their turnover is so low that they wouldn't even be registered for VAT. The two directors appear to be the only staff according to their accounts, they operate from a virtual office which claims you can have an address there for £1 a week, presumably to simply forward on mail. Does any of this would sensible?1

We owned at Westgate in the USA, they took it back for the equivalent of one years maintenance payment, happy with that...0

Hmmm. TTT were only incorporated within the last year but claim to have been operating since 2014. No accounts published. Smells fishy to me.0

My mum is in the same boat - they have paid thousands and are still trap. How does she get out?0

Has anyone simply given notice of termination to the company and refused to pay management fees. I'd be interested to know if the company has attempted legal action and what actually happened. Thanks0

I suspect the outcome of such action would depend on where the timeshare is, and if the company has the desire to go to court.I owned with Maconalds Resorts, in the UK. Their maintenance fees had become ridiculous and they agreed the people could buy their way out by paying 4 times the annual maintenance fee, which I did. They also made it very clear that they would take court action against anybody who simply stopped paying the MF.0
