International parcel / mail collection service with no printer

Hi,

A family member needs to send a parcel and a few A4 size letters with 5-10 pages each to Europe (all different destinations). They do not have a printer available and would like to use a collection service if at all possible for all of these.

Are there any companies / services that can meet these requirements?

I think all services that collect require a printer, as the couriers don't have label printers on the van. Those that don't require a printer are drop-at-shop. 
For the letters, Royal Mail - stamps can be bought online (at cheaper than Royal Mail prices). Most areas now have coronavirus support volunteers who will post letters, if the postman won't accept them. Those volunteers might also be able to help with access to a printer. 
For the parcel, could they buy postage online, email the label PDF to someone who can print it and post it back to them? With Hermes you can book a courier collection up to 7 days in advance. The risk there is if the label doesn't turn up before the courier does. 
There are email-to-print-and-post services, which will print, envelope and post from your email. Cost here is £1.10 for 5 pages to the UK.
