Tenancy agreement review service

Hi everyone. I currently rent out a property and have completed the landlord qualification and paid for my licence.

To create the tenancy agreement, I used the document library that came with my Direct Line landlord insurance and which included a legal review (provided by Epoq) to ensure it was ok to use. Unfortunately, they have now discontinued that service.

Does anyone know of any other service I could use to check my tenancy agreement is still fit for use? I keep up with the latest legislation but would really prefer to check with someone from a legal point of view.

    Tenancy agreements will differ!
Both the big LL Associations produce TAs: RLA & NLA.
So do Landlordzone and several other LL forums and websites.
The governemnt also produces a Plain English approved model TA.
