Has anyone had a positive outcome using claims solution group to cancel and get a refund on timeshare loans? They are asking for a lump sum to act on our behalf and I don't want to waste our money again, tia

    Do not make an upfront payment to these companies - ever.  Suggest to them that they take their fee from the proceeds when they win.  I suspect that will be the last you hear from them.

    Absolutely agree, never ever deal with a company that demands upfront fees. Looking at TripAdvisor there are over 100 people asking if anyone had success with them, and quoting ludicrous upfront fees from £5000 to £7500! No one appears to be able to say 'yes' to the question asked!
