We have flights and hotel booked for the TT, both paid for in full, sadly the hotel have said their terms and conditions say they do not do refunds, are they allowed to do this under these circumstances, their government shut all hotels etc, and the TT was cancelled, anybody else having similar problems, our flights were cancelled today so hopefully we will get that money refunded as requested, thanks.
