Can Covid-19 "high risk" people request a refund for events that are not cancelled?

Last year I bought tickets for the ATP Tennis Finals to be held in the O2 Arena in November 2020. If this event is NOT cancelled can I ask for a full refund on the grounds that, being over 70, I am in a Covid-19 "high risk" group and attending would incur an unacceptable risk of me catching the virus (and possibly dying from it)?
NB - It is not an option for my bookings to be carried forward to next year's Final as the event is moving from London to Turin.

I would doubt it as that would be your choice if it still went ahead, a lot can change between now and November. If they have events like that with social distancing i.e can't have as many in then they may choose to refund the high risk groups. Until the government makes an announcement on what will happen when things restart opening nobody really knows.

You could try to resell them... if the ATP finals are held you will very likely find a buyer.

This will have to be finely balanced in the future.  If people in high risk groups start demanding refunds etc, don't be surprised when companies stop selling those same people tickets for anything.  You shouldn't be able to claim discrimination
