TAP Air Portugal - Refund rather than voucher

Hi - I was wondering if you could provide some advice on how to proceed. I purchased return flights form London to Lisbon (directly via TAP not an agent) for seven friends as part of a Hen Do I was organising in June 2020. TAP have been in touch to inform me that these flights have now been cancelled and that I'm entitled to either reschedule the flights or to a TAP voucher for the value of the flights.
It looks like a Hen Do in Portugal wont happen this year or next, so re-scheduling is not an option and having spoken to the group, the consensus is that we would like a full refund for the cancelled flights (rather than individual vouchers), however, this is not an option TAP is offering. It was our understanding that it is our legal right to request a full refund but their is no option to request this in their Covid-19 cancellation process and having spoken to an agent over the phone I was informed this was not an option available.
Has anyone got any tips on how to get a refund for TAP flights? Am I correct in thinking legally we're entitled to a full refund?
Any help or guidance would be amazing

If you paid via a card raise a "Chargeback" against the transaction stating non-supply of service, (using proof of cancellation) also state that you have rejected any vouchers that you are entitled to do under English law
Normally with a Chargeback the money is returned once it’s processedTAP can dispute the Chargeback, but it must supply evidence to the card company.
If TAP is successful, then the Chargeback is reversed and the money taken back from your account
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.
