You must be on the old cashback card as the new one only offers 0.25%, the new one offers free use abroad.

Ah, you’re right. I was confused at first. Didn’t realise there was different cashback Barclaycard out there.

I’ve had mine since 2014. It used to be split with an Amex and a Visa (offering 1% and 0.5%). They scrapped the Amex after a while and just kept the Visa. I’ve just checked the site. It’s a shame it’s not available now.
