Can anyone tell me who owns Wave Lending please? I have a couple of mortgages I am trying to arrange payment holidays on, but cannot find what's happened to them!
I haven't received mortgage statements for 4 years, so tried to Google some info but not really found anything..... The mystery continues..... Any help would be gratefully received, thank you.

According to the FCA, that is indeed the company. https://register.fca.org.uk/ShPo_FirmDetailsPage?id=001b000000MfUItAAN
Interesting company. Seems to be part of Bank of America / Merrill Lynch so unlikely to be a problem for you.- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere

Thank you - I had found some info on companies house, but only an address, so that really helps. The website appears to be non-existent but the phone number works, so will give it a go in a bit. Thanks very much.0
