VERY!! Advice needed pls

I purchased a Hotpoint fridge freezer from VERY and on 17th March I requested they collected it as this was the third time I’d had the same issue with it (faulty fan) and it was within the 1 yr guarantee period! I paid it off quickly (weekly) so I didn’t pay any interest and although it’s paid off they will not refund me but credit the account!!
It’s now over 2 months and we are still waiting to buy a replacement! I desperately need to sort as I was given a little second hand fridge and it’s on its last legs!
i understand with lockdown they are going to be short staffed but 2 mths!! I just want my money back so I can go and buy another!
I’d really appreciate any advice! I was going to open a case on resolver but they aren’t taking any VERY complaints at the moment!
