Scenic River Cruises Problems

I am having trouble getting a refund from Scenic River Cruises. They have offered me a voucher for 110% but I am entitled to a refund.
I have written to them and emailed them requesting a full refund  and they just repeat the initial offer. If I wait until June 2023! I can get my money back, they say.
Has anyone tried going through the credit card company for a refund or the small claims court. Any help greatly appreciated.

Raise a "Chargeback" against the transaction stating non-supply of service, (using proof of cancellation) also state that you have rejected any vouchers that you are entitled to do under English law
Normally with a Chargeback the money is returned once it’s processed

Scenic River Cruises can dispute the Chargeback, but it must supply evidence to the card company.

If (name) is successful, then the Chargeback is reversed and the money taken back  from your account

If that fails then it's a Section 75 on the credit card.
