Sadly without FULL details, even then we can only guess. Even for us that work within the banking industry. Unlike Barclays who have full access to ALL details of the account.
Account closed by bank, if one of the most common threads here. Yet there are only ever 2 parties who know the full facts. Neither of which are us.
So any advice is really SIT TIGHT and see what happens.
