Got a letter entitled “ certificate of pay and taxable benefit and tax deducted/refunded “
all the fields say £0 except for “benefit for current claim “

If your ESA includes contribution based ESA that is taxable income so DWP have to issue you a P6 at the end of the tax year. Unless you have other income that takes your total taxable income over your personal allowance of £12,500 per annum there is no tax to pay and you can simply file the letter.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1
