Purchased but now website is unverified

Hello, new here, so apologise if this is in the wrong place.
I made a purchase online from huelebath
They have taken my money on the 15th of May, and have emailed to say "we’re emailing to update you on our service outages that happened this week. Losing access to a domain can be an unpleasant experience in addition if it’s left without backup. Our team hopes that the website will be launched within the next week on new domain. We're in hurry with building it" I did reply to the email but this was undelivered as the "domain is not configured correctly"
I did pay using my credit card and ideally still want the purchase. They have stated that the delivery will be dispatched within 14 days, but I am not so sure.
I have already spoken to my bank, and advised them. They have said if the goods have not arrived by the 30th of May to raise a fraudulent case.
What are peoples thoughts on this?

My thoughts are that your bank will be in best position to advise - as they have done.

Why do people buy from shonky websites like this? The poor English should be a dead giveaway... According to Google's cache the website is owned by an individual in Slovakia... yet they claim England & Wales jurisdiction in their T&Cs.
They're probably drop-shipping from China, good luck...

Probably didn't pay the bill for whoever was hosting his website.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

Cant see how they can deal with it as fraud as you made the transaction. Retailer will reject with your details and you lose your money.
    Straight non receipt chargeback.

Only if it doesn’t arrive. Worst case it will arrive, after the OP has paid the VAT and duty for an import from China, then it’ll be rubbish quality.

Even then it is still not fraud.
Fraud from a banks perspective is when a unknown 3rd party has used your details without your permission. NOT when YOU have purchased something.

I never said it was... I was responding to your point about it being a straightforward chargeback, which is unlikely as the “company” are likely to deliver something.

Hello, the reason I said about fraud, is that having spoken to my bank this is what they told me.
The purchase was made via a credit card to gain some protection. I have to wait until 30-05-2020 to escalate this.
As for the comment "shonky websites like this?" I have purchased lots of things online and the original website had very good English. !!!!
  • I also purchased something from HueleBaths on 16th May.  I have been trying to contact them since and had similar repsonse regarding the website.  As from today I have recieved a mail to say that they are now looking into my order and the website is back up and running.  As it has been 6 days past the expected delivery date I raised a transaction greivance with my credit card company and provided them with copies of all messages and mails.  Just waiting to see whcih will happen first.  Delivery of item or funds returned.
