Avios overcharge?

I've just booked a Club class flight for 3 adults and an infant from LHR to Faro on Avios, and have been charged 99,336 Avios.
According to my own calcs, an offpeak adult return should be 25.5k each and the infant should be another 10% on top bringing me to a total Avios cost of 79,050. So I have been overcharged 20,300 Avios points.
Is this correct?
And if so, how do I go about looking for the 20.3k Avios back? I dont want to call the Exec Club right now, as they are probably snowed dealing with more critical issues, and staff have a lot of personal issues to deal with.
Is there an email or an on-line form that I can complete? I couldnt see anything on the BA website

Did it quote you 79k or 99k or is the 79k just what you think it should be?
